The Twill is a rechargeable grooming comb that releases a fine water mist as you brush. The slightly damp coat holds on to loose hair, so less of it drifts into the air and onto your clothes.

A little mist keeps fur from flying

Dry brushing has two side effects: static, and a cloud of floating hair. The Twill handles both with plain water. Open the soft plug on the head, add a small amount of clean water to the reservoir and close it again. Press the power button and a fine, cool mist rises through the pins while you brush. That light dampness settles static and makes shed hair gather on the comb instead of drifting away. It also softens small tangles, so the pins pass through with less pulling. When the head is full, the release button pushes the collected hair off in one go. There is no cord to trail near a wriggling pet, and a full charge takes about three hours.

Questions about the mist comb

Is it hot steam?
No. It produces a cool, fine water mist rather than heated steam, so nothing hot touches your pet. The mist only dampens the surface of the coat and does not soak it.

How much water does it need?
Very little. A small fill lasts a full brushing session. Use clean tap or filtered water only, and do not add oils, shampoo or perfume, which can clog the mist outlet.

Will the mist scare my cat?
The mist is gentle, with no blast of air, but every animal is different. Switch it on a short distance away first, let your pet sniff it, then begin with slow strokes along the back.
